La película La persecución (Beyond the Reach), protagonizada por Michael Douglas y Jeremy Irvine y dirigida por Jean-Baptiste Léonetti, esta basado en la novela escrita por Robb White, trata acerca de un multimillonario tiburón de las finanzas (Michael Douglas) y su joven guía (Jeremy Irvine) quienes juegan al juego más peligroso durante un viaje de caza en el desierto de Mojave, en donde comienza una persecución de la que ninguno podrá esconderse.

Ambientada en el desierto de Mojave, entre Utah, Arizona y parte de California, La Persecución tuvo su premier en el pasado Festival Internacional de Cine de Toronto. Aparte de los impresionantes desiertos que se pueden apreciar en la película, los espectadores de La Persecución también tendrán la rara oportunidad de ver la camioneta Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6, la cual en sí es un espectáculo.

La persecución se estrena en México este 5 de junio en dos versiones: Subtitulada y Doblada al español y será exhibida a nivel nacional, comenzando esta semana en pantallas del D.F y Área Metropolitana, Cuautla, Cuernavaca, Toluca, Guadalajara, Lázaro Cárdenas, León, Morelia, Monterrey, Saltillo, Tampico, Tlaxcala y Zamora.
