Cervecería Fortuna una de las cervecerías tapatías más reconocidas y recién premiada por el festival internacional Aro Rojo, lanza al mercado su nueva “Sourindo”, cerveza estilo sour con un toque de tamarindo, de cuerpo bajo, color ámbar y 4.5% alcohol volumen, además de incluir un sobre de Tajín ® para acompañar su gran sabor.

Este estilo se caracteriza por su acidez, aroma y generalmente por su bajo grado alcohólico, durante su fermentación se emplean levaduras salvajes y dos tipos de bacterias, la primera de ellas es la Lactobacillus, la cual convierte los azucares en ácido láctico el cual reduce el PH del mosto, la segunda es la Pediococcus, esta se metaboliza sin oxigeno y es la que le da la acidez a la cerveza.

Una de las levaduras empleadas durante su elaboración es la llamada Brettanomyces, ésta le da el toque terroso y aromas característicos de este estilo de cerveza, influyendo directamente en los procesos de pasteurización y esterilización.

Sourindo se encuentra disponible a través de puntos de venta tradicionales en Guadalajara, Jalisco, con un precio de $432.00 la caja de 12 botellas, en presentación de 355 ml y $36.00 por botella a través de Amazon.
