¿Tienes hambre o antojo?

Para poder cumplir nuestras metas y no terminar comiendo sólo porque sí, es muy importante diferenciar el hambre del antojo, para ello Valeria Lozano, Fundadora de Instituto Hábitos comparte las principales características entre sentir hambre real o estar pasando por un antojo.

· Aparece poco a poco…

· Puede satisfacerse con cualquier alimento (manzana, plátano, nueces, etc.)

· Puede esperar

· Dejas de comer cuando estás satisfecho

· Te sientes bien cuando terminas de comer



· Aparece de repente… de la nada… sobre todo cuando estás aburrido o preocupado

· Debe ser exactamente el «antojo» que se presenta

· Debe comerse «ahora»

· Sigues comiendo, aun estando satisfecho

· Te sientes indigesto, con culpa y pensando que NO debías comerlo


Para solucionar un problema, lo primero que se necesita es estar consciente de que existe…. de ahí, todo comienza a ser más fácil, así que, con que los aprendas a distinguir, es un excelente comienzo, pero si los antojos son incontrolables la experta en Hábitos te recomienda estas deliciosas opciones:

DULCE: 1 dátil + crema de cacahuate y miel

PICOSO: Piña y pepino + limón + chilito

LLENADOR: Betabel asado + mayonesa y mostaza
