«PUEBLA: EL RETROCESO.». Por: Juan José Rodríguez Prats (Opinión)

Estamos viviendo una esquizofrenia política: el presidente repite machaconamente ideas elementales y la realidad se mueve en sentido opuesto sin la más remota coincidencia con sus palabras. Me explico.

Un gran mexicano, Carlos María Abascal le preguntó a su hijo: “¿Qué quieres ser cuando seas grande?” La respuesta fue la más frecuente en esos casos: “Presidente de México”. Don Carlos le dio un profundo y acertado consejo, cito de memoria: “No te obsesiones con un cargo. Vas a dejar todo en el trayecto para alcanzarlo y si lo logras, se te va a olvidar para qué lo querías”.

López Obrador se obsesionó con ser presidente. En sus anteriores intentos conservó escrúpulos para no establecer alianzas inconvenientes o deshonestas. En 2018 se dio el gran viraje: súmese quien sea a cambio de lo que sea. Llegó a acuerdos con el presidente saliente (como se acaba de hacer público), quien se encargó de deteriorar las posibilidades de su más cercano contendiente. Ahora, en la más alta responsabilidad de su vida política, le toca pagar facturas muy costosas que sin duda le impedirán cumplir con sus más elementales deberes. Puebla es un ejemplo.

Prometió que no permitiría el uso de su nombre para atraer votos. Miguel Barbosa cerró su campaña con las siguientes palabras: “Voy a encabezar un gobierno inspirado en los principios de López Obrador, voy a guiarme por los principios de la Cuarta Transformación; el triunfo en Puebla se lo dedico a Andrés Manuel y a la Cuarta Transformación”. Concluyó con una profunda reflexión filosófico-política: “Los conozco mosco, me canso ganso”. Por su parte, la maestra de ceremonias, militante de Morena, afirmó: “el presidente López Obrador no puede hacer presencia física en este acto de campaña pero sí lo hace de corazón para apoyar a Barbosa”.

En Puebla operó el partido imbricado con el gobierno en sus tres niveles. Es motivo de tristeza que un luchador por la democracia, José Agustín Ortiz Pinchetti, sea parte de la farsa.

La demagogia es igual de dañina que la corrupción. Corrijo: la demagogia es una forma de corrupción. El candidato poblano sí cumplió su palabra cuando dijo: “El tsunami que viene me va a dar el triunfo”. El dinero, los programas clientelares, el aparato gubernamental avasallaron la voluntad ciudadana.

Ganar la gubernatura de ese estado es parte de un proyecto a largo plazo. Si los órganos jurisdiccionales no lo anulan, Barbosa será gobernador y si resiste en el cargo, en 2024 apoyará al candidato de Morena a la presidencia que AMLO designe. Las más sucias prácticas políticas se han restaurado con toda crudeza y cinismo, se trata de una auténtica involución.

Cada vez es más evidente, Morena como gobierno es un desastre. Los servicios públicos en Puebla seguirán deteriorándose y se comprometerán aún más sus ya quebrantadas finanzas. Las próximas generaciones recibirán esas pesadas cargas.

Una reflexión indispensable en ánimo de una obligada autocrítica. Desde que Felipe Calderón impuso a Germán Martínez como presidente, la decadencia en el PAN ha sido constante. Con los actuales dirigentes espero se haya tocado fondo y acaricio la esperanza de que, en un destello de dignidad y responsabilidad, renuncien a seguir profundizando nuestra crisis.

Por su larga tradición, su fiel militancia y su denodado esfuerzo desde la provincia, en el partido de Gómez Morin recae el deber de abrir un gran frente para oponerse a quienes nos quieren arrastrar a lo peor de nuestro pasado. Para ello se requiere de una dirigencia humanista, preparada, generosa, virtudes que no caracterizan a quienes están hoy al frente de esa noble institución. Los que tanto le debemos tenemos importantes obligaciones qué asumir. Rebasa con mucho nuestro compromiso partidista. Lo que está en juego es el futuro de nuestra nación.
